At Havnn House, we prioritise customer satisfaction and comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding digital product purchases. As our products are digital, once downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded in the traditional sense.
However, we offer the following exchange policy:
Exchange Eligibility
Customers may exchange their purchased Design Package for another design package or the same design at a different address, as long as the new address is available for the chosen design.
Price Differences
If the new design package has a higher price, the customer will need to pay the price difference. If it is of lower value, the difference will be issued as an online gift card for future use.
Exchange Tool Limitations
If the exchange amount exceeds the automated limit of our Exchange Tool, please contact us directly, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange process. To begin your exchange, visit our Exchange Centre.
Mailer Kit
Please note Exchanges do not include a new Mailer Kit (Wallet, Design Poster, or Companion Guide) unless otherwise agreed upon by Havnn House.
Consumer Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if a digital product has a major issue—such as not matching the description, being unfit for purpose, or containing defects that were not disclosed before purchase—you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund. However, change of mind returns are not applicable to digital products.
