At Havnn House, most of our products are digital, meaning you’ll receive immediate access to your design packages upon purchase. However, if your purchase includes a physical product, such as a Mailer Kit, this part of your order will be shipped to you.
Order Processing and Shipping
We process orders on business days, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, though some may take longer depending on stock availability. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Orders are shipped via Shipping Partners, e.g., Australia Post, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. For accurate delivery time estimates, please check Australia Post's website. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs clearance.
Faulty or Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault within 7 days from receipt of the package. Upon confirmation of the issue, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged goods at no additional cost to you.
Delivery and Shipping
We do not provide insurance for parcels in transit. For international orders, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing. While we are not responsible for delays in transit, we are happy to assist in tracking any lost parcels.
